The last page showed you the status of the car as it was recieved and as the interior was stripped. These photos show the entire interior removed and the floor being repaired.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Left image is the fixed rear floor section of the drivers side. The seat post had to be removed since it was hanging free after the rusted metal was cut out. Right picture is of the driver's footwell. Since the floor was eaten through between the frame rail and the floor part of the rail was also remoed so that new steel could be welded between the good part of the rail and the new metal on the floor. This tied the two sections back together.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The passanger side sill was also eaten by the honda cancer. Sections again had to be cut out and new material welded in. The right is the after picture, while the welds look ugly good penetration was made and that new pannel is not going anywhere.

 

The driver's side was the exact same story.
